Real, Growing Pay
Start at $18.00/hour during training, then $19.00 to $23.50/hour based on performance. Plus client tips and company bonuses. Top technicians earn over $1,000 a week.
A Schedule for Your Life

Paid Certified Training
We pay you to learn. Orientation and video learning at the office, then five hands-on days with a trainer, then 2 to 3 weeks putting it into practice. You are never thrown in unprepared.

What is it like being a professional house cleaner?
You can expect to build strong relationships with clients who appreciate your consistency and thoroughness. You provide a meaningful service to people and build trust with them as you help them on a regular schedule. The client will provide you feedback afterward so you know how you are doing. Your day will start by leaving from home and heading directly to 1-3 houses to clean and return home. Most days you will work independently and some days with other team members on larger cleaning services like initial deep cleanings. You have independence, autonomy and variety every day.
How much can I earn?
You can earn weekly between $18.00 to $23.50 per hour while cleaning a home. Training pay starts at $18 per hour when cleaning and increases to $19.00 to $23.50 when training is completed. Our top technicians can earn over $1,000 per week and haven’t had to be with the company for years. What you earn depends on you and the number of homes you clean per week. Bonuses and tips are a plus!
Do you offer benefits?

Is professional house cleaning hard?
Yes, cleaning can be hard work. The first couple of weeks your body will be tired using muscles you haven’t used in a while but improves because you become stronger. You are on your feet, bending and reaching while you clean. Some houses are harder than others. We teach you to be efficient and effective with your cleaning. You are getting a workout and moving around which is great for your well-being.
Do I have scheduling flexibility when I have family obligations?
You do have flexibility with your schedule. You will have to provide us advance notice so we can make adjustments to the house cleaning schedule.
How does your training work?
We have the best training in the industry. You will start with an orientation at the office where we start training with video learning. The next day, you will begin 5 days with intensive hands-on training with a qualified trainer. The next 2-3 weeks, you will work to build your confidence and apply the techniques and procedures in cleaning homes independently.
